Reciting the Qur'an correctly is very important as a small change in pronunciation can make a huge change to the meaning. A Tajweed Qur’an is a very beneficial aid that supports the reader to recite correctly.
Seeking Reward Foundation (SRF) has created this project to allow you the opportunity to provide a Tajweed Qur’an to someone who will benefit. 100% of your donation that is received goes towards purchasing and distributing Tajweed Qur'ans. SRF volunteers do their upmost to ensure the Qur’ans are utilised by doing the following: placing labels in every Qur’an stating that the user must ensure the Quran is used continuously, advising anyone who takes a Qur’an of this condition, visiting some of the madrassa’s where Qur’ans are distributed and finally leaving the rest with Allah.
How does this qualify as Sadaqah Jariyah?
With the correct intention and acceptance from Allah, for every letter that is recited from a Qur’an that you donated towards, you will get 10 good deeds every time it is recited even after your death.
Imagine if someone reads the whole Qur’an once every year!
Abd-Allaah ibn Mas’ood (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever reads one letter from the Book of Allah will earn one good (hasanah) thereby. One good deed is equal to ten good deeds the like of it. I do not say that Alif-Lam-Mim is a letter, but Alif is a letter, Laam is a letter and Meem is a letter.” [At-Tirmidhee]
