2 WATER WELLS BUILT. FEBRUARY 2014.

After we completed Water Wells in Obioca village and Umukabia village the news of clean water spread far and wide to other villages across the IMO State in Nigeria. Poor and needy people were travelling distances of over 40km to reach the wells Seeking Reward Foundation had set up. From the people that have been arriving from far distances to collect clean water our volunteer was made aware of 2 villages which are in desperate need of our help. Representatives
from these villages pleaded to Seeking Reward Foundation to provide clean water in their villages as children are dying. Although transport is a problem and roads are very bad we sent our volunteer to these villages to assess the situation.
SubhanAllah, from visiting these people our volunteer was bought to tears as they appreciated the blessing of Allah of having clean water. |

While our volunteer was travelling between villages 3 children had died, furthermore when they were in these villages they witnessed deaths themselves! These people including children are dying from diseases such as cholera, malaria and typhoid.

Once Seeking Reward Foundation were made of this we instantly decided to begin raising money to establish water wells in these villages and with the will of Allah save lives. Al-hamdulilah the funds were raised and 2 water wells were built, one in each of the below villages:
Ama-awom village - which is 40km away from the villages in which we recently built wells. Imo-oka village - which is 22km further away from the above village. WATCH THE VIDEO AND SEE WHAT HAPPENED! |

On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (radiAllahu anhu), that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
Whoever removes a worldly grief from a believer, Allah will remove from him one of the griefs of the Day of Resurrection. And whoever alleviates the need of a needy person, Allah will alleviate his needs in this world and the Hereafter. [Muslim]
