SubhanAllah within hours of launching the project the target has been raised! Many people did not get a chance to donate therefore the SRF team are considering are raising for another well.
Once the 2 Water Wells are completed in Uganda, SRF are going to build a well in Kenya insha-Allah. Over 50% of the target has been raised already, Al-hamdulilah! Visit our Just Giving page for more information and how to donate: www.justgiving.com/srfkenya We began by raising funds for 1 Water Well in Uganda, however, we received a donation of £1000 which took us past our target of £2000! Therefore we decided to raise funds for another well so we can help more needy people in Uganda and give another opportunity for those who had not donated a yet.
Al-hamdulilah, within a few days of raising for another well the target for the 2nd Well was raised! The target was reached by a donation of £1100 by Sadaqah Jariah Ltd (https://www.facebook.com/SadaqahJariah1). May Allah reward all the people that have donated to Sadaqah Jariah Ltd as £1100 of your donations have gone towards a Water Well in Uganda! All the funds for both wells are now in Uganda. Many of you missed out on the opportunity to donate to our Nigeria Water Wells, as a result we received requests to build more wells. For this reason SRF are bringing you the opportunity to donate towards a deep bore hole Water Well which we will build in Uganda this month, insha-Allah!
