You may recall SRF recently sent 2000 English translation Qurans for distribution in Nigeria. As it was a large quantity of Eng Qur'ans we asked our contact in Nigeria to produce a report on how the distribution took place.

Below is the report we received from our contact in Nigeria:

Assalaam alaikum wa rahmatullah wa barakaatuh, Please find below a report on the Qur'an distribution

Assignment: 
To distribute, on behalf of Seeking Reward Foundation, 15 cartoons of Saheeh International English translation of the Qur'an. The label on the carton indicates that there were 128 copies of the Qur'an in each carton totalling 1920 copies. 

SRF provided a Tajweed Qur'an to a young Muslimah in Bolton. This Qur'an will be her companion for recitation and memorisation. Every letter recited 10 good deeds for her and those who donated towards the Qur'an...Allahu Akbar.

Some feedback we received from the family: 

"She feels excited because she can use it to get more ajr"  "She will use it for hifdh and improve tajweed inshaAllah"

A family based charity who operate a Girls School in Pakistan came across SRF details on the back of a Tajweed Quran. The school of 60 students (80% of which are orphans), required Tajweed Qurans for all the children. As this was a large amount of Qur'ans, SRF wanted to know how often these Qurans will be used.

We were advised the Qur'ans will be used for memorisation, reading in class and taking home for the benefit of other children in the area. Allahu Akbar this was a great opportunity of Sadaqah Jariyah and in addition providing Qur'ans to orphan girls. 

SRF sent 60 full tajweed Qurans, Juz Amma booklets and some Urdu books. May Allah accept this Sadaqah Jariyah. Ameen

SRF were made aware of a Women's centre in Bradford who are very active in acting as a hub for the women in Bradford. The centre advised us they were in need of multiple copies of a book on Tawheed which has been very beneficial to the community.  The book, Fundamentals of Tawheed, was also being studying in two of the weekly classes at the centre but no copies were available for the students. 

The centre also required noorani qadiahs as they teach people form all backgrounds and they were unable to find copies in Bradford. Al-hamdulilah, SRF responding to this request and purchased multiple copies of the Tawheed book, Qaidha's and Juz Amma booklets (with your donations) for the Centre. 

We received the following feedback once the centre received the parcel:
May Allaah SWT reward you in abundance for all that you do and May He make is a means of Jannah for all behind the scenes and all that donate Aameen. Nalette (Women's Centre) 

We received a request through the SRF website for a book about the Salah to help a new Muslim sister learn about salah. Allahu akbar! This may seem a small deed but may be huge on the scales on the Day of Judgement for all our donors. 

Rewards will be given every time this new Muslim sister prays, if she acts upon the knowledge in this book provided by SRF. Sadaqah Jariyah. May Allah accept this from all those involved. Ameen.

SRF have been provided the dawah team (Islam Wise) at Green Lane Masjid New Muslim packs for over a year. Al-hamdulilah this has been a great opportunity for Sadaqah Jariyah. Due to the increase in reverts, we recently provided 50 packs!

Islamwise is a fulltime dawah and new muslim support organisation. Allah has blessed the work with an increased number of shahadahs and their current running total is over 300 for the year to date. Allahu akbar.

After sending one of our monthly newsletters we received a request from an Islamic institute in Kent. The sister advised that they needed some Tajweed Qur'ans for the Madrassah and Tajweed Qur'ans and Madina books (level 1) for their upcoming adult sisters Arabic and Tajweed course.

SRF took this opportunity and provided a number of Arabic books, Tajweed Qurans and Juz amma booklets to support the centre and plant seeds of Sadaqah Jariyah for our donors.
