Sheikh Sajid Umar created an MP3 CD with 26 international Islamic talks on various important topics. SRF Islamic Media project worked with the Sheikh to produce 1000 of these Sadaqah Jariyah loaded CDs for distribution.

Your donations were part of this project and we ask Allah to reward all those involved till the Day of Judgment for the goodness that comes from this project.

We received a request from Muhammadi Masjid / IslamNelson for Tajweed Qur'ans. Alhamdulillah, they started with only 9 children and now the Madrassa has 55 children studying, learning to read quran and memorise.  The Madrassa required Tajweed Qur'ans so they can set a curriculum where each child has the same Qur'an.

SRF saw this as an amazing Sadaqah Jariyah oppportunity and supported the Masjid with 30 full Tajweed Qur'ans and 30 Juz Amma booklets. Remember these Qur'ans were purchased with YOUR donations, so each time these Qur'ans are recited from our donors will get a copy of the reward, insha-Allah!

Widows of a village in Togo had spent 3 years raising money for a water well to provide clean water for their village. After 3 years they had only managed to raise a 1/3 of the costs. Requests came to SRF asking for support to help complete the target and provide clean water for these needy people. 

Once the situation was verified SRF did not hesitate to help these needy people and plant seeds of Sadaqah Jariyah by sending your donations for the construction of 1 water well. Visit our Togo Water Well page for more details of the project. 

With many people waiting to donate since our Chad Water Well and funds in the Water Well and Where Most Needed funds, the target was raised before we got to launch an appeal! Allahu akbar!

We received the following request:

"I attend an Islamic group in Manchester and over 100+ students attend the class, I have listened to the cd "Has the time not come?" and I truly believe that this will benefit me and my brothers and sisters who attend the class I would really appreciate it if you could give me some CDs so I could distribute them jazakallah khair"

SRF dispatched 100 'Has The Time Not Come' CDs to Manchester and distribution began immediately. This CD was compiled and produced by SRF with your donations. This CD contains short life changing Islamic reminders, which we hope will bring the listener closer to Allah and earn those involved many rewards, insha-Allah.

Some of our volunteers have been praying at a new Masjid and seen an amazing opportunity of Sadaqah Jariyah. Quba Islamic Centre a small recently opened Masjid have regular Qur'an classes for children. New students are always joining and studying the Qaida and memorising the Quran.

SRF volunteers seen opportunities for Sadaqah Jariyah and provided the following to the Masjid, so every day the children are learning new rules and reciting from the Qur'ans, SRF donors are being rewarded, insha-Allah! Sadaqah Jariyah!

20 x noorani Qaida (for students learning the rules)
20 x juz amma (for memorising and revision)
2 x full tajweed Quran (2 students memorising whole Quran).
