The Women's centre in Bradford is an incredible place for women and children to learn about Islam and increase their knowledge about the deen. They hold many activities on a weekly basis such as a Quran class, a Sisters' circle and a youth club once every fortnight.
They hold a da'wah stall which is available to all who come to their various events and classes, and are putting together Da'wah packs for the prayer room in their local shopping centre, enabling Muslims to learn more about their deen from safe, reliable sources. SRF were contacted and some resources were requested which will be put in good use in the various activities and classes that the Bradford women's centre holds on weekly and daily basis. We sent ten copies of the Tajweed Quran, ten copies of the last ten juzz, thirty copies of Fortress of a Muslim, twenty copies of the Fundamentals of Tawheed, and fifty Travel companion CDs. It's uplifting and encouraging to see an institute that not only cares about its local community but also caters to women, and ensures that women get the education they need to be able to practice the deen more efficiently. We ask Allah to make them successful in their work and pour blessings in their endeavours, ameen.
